☆ I hold the rights over my commission (e.g. to post on social media, use for publicity, etc. )
☆ Prices are subject to change depending on the demands.
☆ AT MOST, commissions may take around 1-2 weeks, and if longer, I will notify you.

DO's & DONT'S
☆Do's: OC, fanart (unless it is of problematic media), furry, mecha, gore (not too realistic), appropriate couples/ships, backgrounds / props☆Dont's: NSFW, problematic or hateful art, fetish art, excessive gore

PAYMENT
☆ Payment accepted through mainly PayPal @nebuluous
☆ Buyers will only pay through friends & family, not goods & services. I will not begin the commission if the payment is for goods & services.
☆ All payments are paid upfront after the sketch has been approved.
☆ Commissions are non-refundable .

DELIVERY
☆ I will send you the final sketch and after it has been approved, I will notify you that I've started working on the commission.
☆ Refunds are no longer applicable after I start working on the piece.
☆ I can ask you for insight on colors, pose, etc.
☆ Please communicate everything clearly. Do not make last minute changes after rendering/lineart begins when you initially asked for something else.
☆ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image through a google drive folder.

CLIENT RIGHTS
☆ All pieces will include a watermark that you may not remove or alter.
☆ You cannot use my art for NFTS, AI training, or resell my art.
☆ You cannot color my sketches or linework without my permission.
☆ Any other personal use is allowed, as long as it doesn't violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.
